Brand yourself and not a Company

There are some strong reasons why you want to BRAND YOURSELF, and NOT the company...
PEOPLE join PEOPLE, NOT companies.

People buy from and do business with people they know, like, and trust. In doing so you build a rapport with them. They join PEOPLE. If you can become the leader in your prospect's eyes, and they feel you can get them where they want to go... they will join you. Now that you know people join people and NOT companies, stop marketing your company upfront. It is not about the company, it is about YOU.

Companies come and go, but YOU are here to stay.

ALL businesses, especially network marketing companies, come and go all the time. 90% of businesses don't survive the first 5 years in ANY industry. And we've seen all too many horror stories of MLM companies changing their compensation plans and names of their companies overnight, which leaves entrepreneurs like you and me with zero income for our families. Build your business on concrete, not quicksand... Brand YOU. Make sure it is solid.

Branding the company will guarantee you to LOSE customers.

If you are branding the company all over Facebook, Instagram, and social media, there will be a percentage of your prospects that 'google' the company before you connect with them... And chances are they will find another leader to work with or some silly article telling them to NOT join the company. It is guaranteed that you will lose customers and business if you brand your company upfront'. This is why your postings need to have a bit of curiosity to them. (curiosity marketing)

Lead with content that solves your audience's problems, while actually educating and pre-selling them on YOUR product. It is important that they know you are there for them.

This is how you build unbreakable trust! With that kind of trust the door will open for others to follow you.

You want to do that in YOUR business so you can get top results (and get buyers coming to YOU by becoming the expert that solves YOUR audience's problems. You have to show and prove to them that you are a problem solver and that you have a fix for whatever their need is.

This may be a huge paradigm shift for YOU right now...but the reality is that this is exactly how the top earners are doing it every single day to attract buyers to THEM! A true leader will encourage you to do the same.

So the Key Takeaways from this is...

Never talk about the product or opportunity upfront

Always lead with value and benefits

Talk about the solutions and the problem it solves and you will have customers for life. They will have a story to tell others about you and when it starts with one person it will keep going, going, and going.

You want to build a strong team that others can rely on in the event that something happens to you. Your team will trust you enough to know that you have a good and right person to work with.
